Contact Form
If you use the regular contact form to send us a message, we receive the name and email address you enter. We’ll use this only to respond to your inquiry. Once our conversation is done, your message may be archived for reference or deleted – especially if it’s just a flipper-up and a hello.
Donation Dive Sticker Form
If you join a Donation Dive (yay!) and submit a form to claim your sticker reward, we’ll need your mailing address so we can send it to you.
- You can upload a screenshot as proof of your donation – we kindly ask that you blur or redact any sensitive personal info before uploading.
- Your address and screenshot will be used only to verify the donation and send your sticker.
- Once the sticker is in the mail, all data is deleted. No backups, no secret lists, no surprise mailings.

Newsletter
We do offer a newsletter with updates on future Donation Dives – but we don’t manage the subscriptions ourselves. If you click through to sign up, you’ll be taken to an external email service. That provider handles your email address and subscription settings according to their privacy policy. We don’t see your subscriber data, we don’t store it, and we can’t wave flippers over it.
Your rights over your data
Under GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion. Just send a message via the contact form – we’ll be happy to oblige.
